CGF - Increased Implementation Effectiveness

Local and city governments face many challenges which cannot be overcome with old fashioned, time consuming and expensive administration within modern day constraints. Due to specialization, the tasks of the modern local and city government must be divided between several institutions and offices which must collaborate very closely with each other.
