As of October 12, 2007 the new managing director of the growing GISDATA GROUP company ESRI Magyarorszag Kft. is a young and dynamic IT professional - Mr. Attila Olah of Budapest, Hungary.
Prior to becoming the managing director of ESRI Hungary, Mr. Olah was the manager of the projects delivery team at ESRI Hungary, and the manager of the GISDATA representative office in Budapest Hungary. Mr. Attila Olah graduated from the Budapest Technical College in Informatics. Prior to joining GISDATA GROUP of companies, Mr. Attila Olah has been with General Electric IT, EXXON Mobil Business Support Center SAP team, and most recently with Vodafone Hungary IT as the Project Manager for business support systems. Mr. Attila Olah is leading a strong and dynamic team of both experienced and young professionals at ESRI Hungary that created tremendous growth in last few years. Mr. Gyorgy Domokos, the long-time general manager of ESRI Hungary who is greatly appreciated for his contribution to development of geoinformation industry and community in Hungary, has stepped down to pursue other interests, but is still related to ESRI Hungary. Mr. Boran Lončarić, the CEO of GISDATA GROUP is very positive about Mr. Olah's promotion. He shared his enthusiasm by the following statement:
